PUHH is a solvent type activating agent with ethanol as its main content and produced strictly under the supervision of the quality assurance system. Consisting of the activating ingredient which improves the binding effect, it can clean the glued surface and enhance the surface activity.

Usage

PUHH is used to clean and activate the glass, ceramic coated glass, or remove the pollution of the dust and finger print on the painted surface. Generally, it is used together with PU100 primer to increase the adhesion of polyurethane adhesive, however PUHH cleaning and activating agent can also be separately used on the basis of pretest qualification. Due to the diversity of base materials and the difference of construction conditions, it is recommended to conduct experiment in advance for a better binding effect.

Usage

Pour a proper quantity of cleaning and activating agent into a special container which is clean and dry (the original package shall be sealed immediately). Use clean cotton to dip some cleaning and activating agent, and wipe along the adhesive surface in one direction to remove the dust and grease. Then dry completely (about 5 minutes, depending on the temperature and moisture condition).
